TissueDB/Materials/Ecoflex 00-20
Ecoflex 00-20 is a Smooth-On platinum-cure silicone rubber with Shore 00-20 hardness, used in medical simulation to replicate soft mucosal and vocal fold tissues. The ultra-soft formulation provides compliant tissue analogues for injection-based training procedures where needle penetration resistance and tissue displacement must approximate mucosal layers.[1]
