From Appropedia

(Part of Open Source Transport Informatics tools listing, for the OSSTIP project, especially OSSTIP/WP2- Transit Informatics tools review.)

The Open Source Accessibility Toolkit is a small package that helps calculate metrics of urban accessibility via different modes of transport, primarily developed by the not-for-profit organisation Noblis. It uses OpenTripPlanner for the bulk of the transport routing work via public transport.
