MOST-Fulbright
Moi! Are you interested in doing open source 3-D printing or solar energy research in the U.S. for a year? If so the Fulbright-Aalto University Distinguished Chair Dr. Joshua Pearce, has some opportunities to join him in Michigan in coming years. There are several grants available through Fulbright Finland to fund your entire trip.
Opportunities in the U.S. for Fulbright Finland
[edit | edit source]- ASLA-Fulbright Graduate Grant is meant for Finnish graduate students to go to the U.S. for one academic year (studying or advancing their PhD research): http://www.fulbright.fi/fi/stipendiohjelmat-maisteri-ja-tohtoritason-opintoihin-ja-tutkimukseen/asla-fulbright-graduate-grants (the application round is now open for this program and the DL for applications is on May 20!)
- Also this is open now and this is similar with the Graduate Grant but meant especially for the field of technology: http://www.fulbright.fi/fi/stipendiohjelmat-maisteri-ja-tohtoritason-opintoihin-ja-tutkimukseen/fulbright-technology-industries (DL May 20!)
- Another option for pre-doctoral students is our ASLA-Fulbright Pre-Doctoral Research Fellows Program and this is only for doctoral students: http://www.fulbright.fi/fi/stipendiohjelmat-maisteri-ja-tohtoritason-opintoihin-ja-tutkimukseen/pre-doctoral (DL in December 2018)
