The Wrench is a parametric, 3D printable wrench design that allows users to generate a wrench sized to their specific requirements, rather than being limited to a single fixed size. It is intended as a fabrication option when a commercially sized wrench is unavailable.

The wrench is 3D printed using ABS plastic filament, with a total production time of approximately 10 minutes.

  1. Download the SLDPRT file from the CAD files to customize the wrench size.
  2. Open the .SCAD file using OpenSCAD software to set the preferred wrench size and generate an STL file. Note: the installation location path must be added to use the "shapes.scad" library. Alternatively, download the STL file directly from the CAD files to 3D print the current default size.
  3. Open the STL file using slicing software and prepare for 3D printing, using the settings below.
