Stryker engineer consulted with Sanjivani Hospital

The consultant engineer did not have information before the call of what or how many defective products were, or what issues each product had.

  • Need to make requestor forms readily available to consultants for review before session.
  • Requestor forms should include details on the parts to be troubleshooted: Part Number and manufacture.

The ideal session should include a walkthrough of any troubleshooting documentation available.

  • Including User Manuals or troubleshooting guides.

Providing information on how to contact OEM should be the last resort.
