What level of expertise are we expecting from the TSRs(Technical Support Requestors)?
- A very wide range. Could be first time debugging to having experience identifying and swapping electrical components.
- Check the requestor form for experience with equipment.
How far should debugging go during the calls?
- As far as your own skill can go.
- Do not promise consultation or replacement parts that would be covered under paid support.
- Follow-ups are encouraged.
