Make your own laparoscopic box trainer

To show you how to make a box trainer that is cheap, eco-friendly, personalised. Laparoscopic trainers can be very expensive, but you can make one at home to save money and practice more conveniently. Without the intracorporeal suturing elements (needle driver, maryland, suture pad), this box can cost you around $150. The clear box also allows you to see what you are doing before moving on to exclusively using the camera. The several holes can change the angles of the graspers for more realistic (more difficult) views.
