OSSTIP/SimpleGTFSCreator

'SimpleGTFSCreator' is a Python module written primarily by User:PatSunter for creating a new GTFS public transport timetable file, based on a description of the topology and general service level of each route in a transit network. For this purpose it makes extensive use of the existing TransitFeed package.

Later, it was extended to also support various operations on an existing GTFS file, for the purpose of extracting information that would be used in creating new routes, etc.
