Wood Burning Hot Tub

  • Description: An old cast iron tub put up on blocks. A fire space below with a smoke flu to divert smoke from users face.
  • Justification: It turns yard waste into hot water. The tub doesn't require electricity or fossil fuels.
  • Issues: It burns wood, so it adds particulates to the air.
  • Location: On the Mad River bank out West End Rd.

How well does the heat disperse? Do some areas get to hot to touch while others are still just warm?
