MakeHaven works to educate the community through interest-driven projects and hands-on skill building experiences in mechanics, electronics, crafts, art, design and fabrication

MakeHaven, Inc. is a not-for-profit, membership-driven organization, gathering place and workshop for makers, creators, tinkerers and dreamers. The environment supports the development of and collaboration on a wide variety of projects, including: mechanics, electronics, crafts, digital art, biology and woodworking. Through cooperative projects led by MakeHaven members the project and program participants gain a greater understanding of how to create, repair and reuse items. In addition to project-oriented activities the general public benefits from skill building workshops hosted in the space
