I am a junior business administration major with a focus in entrepreneurship at Principia College. I play baseball and work as a student ambassador manager. I will be starting an internship as a real estate development investment analyst this upcoming summer. 3D printing is a hobby of mine, I love designing in OpenSCAD and using Cura to print on my completely one of a kind and redesigned JellyBox.
Opensource JellyBox Build Experience
[edit | edit source]Building my original JellyBox was an amazing experience. I came into this course not knowing anything about opensource or 3D printing but jumped right in as I love being hands on and having projects to work on. This was a tough building process as there are a lot of factors that can and do go wrong, but working through them and having a full understanding of how everything fits in and works together makes printer that much better. I love having the ability to print anything I want to that others have already created or design something myself and then print. This is what I love about the opensource movement and 3D printing and is what will keep me printing cool things for a long time to come.
