An onboarding flow for new editors from partner organization to use a wiki service:
- Introduction of specialist and editor over email
- Request for organizational materials: text description of their organization to make a profile page on the wiki and branding materials
- Specialist will develop a first draft of templates and page structure
- Facilitating session for editor to make an account and go over basic activities on the wiki
- Provide editors with help materials for them and their team
- Receive feedback about missing materials
