TissueDB/Tissues/Testis
The testis is the paired male reproductive gland suspended within the scrotum and supplied by the testicular artery and the spermatic cord structures that pass through the inguinal canal. Identification of the testis is a key anatomic landmark during inguinal hernia repair in pediatric patients.
