TissueDB/Materials/Power Mesh Fabric

From Appropedia

Power mesh fabric is an elasticised stretch mesh textile used as a substrate layer in tissue-simulating laminates. In medical simulation it is cast under silicone rubber to provide a reinforced, suture-compatible sheet. The one source on file pours silicone onto power mesh to make the external oblique aponeurosis — "a stretchy, thin sheet that can be easily manipulated and cut for the assembly of the model".[1]
