TissueDB/Materials/Beans, Dried

From Appropedia

Dried beans are legume seeds used in medical simulation as a small, firm solid body set inside a soft substrate. The documented use is the nodule model in the UGHE Low-Cost Soft-Tissue Simulation Module, where a kidney bean replaces a glove fingertip to stand in for a solid subcutaneous lesion, and the bean is the lesion the trainee excises.[1]
