Chicken Wing is a raw poultry specimen used in medical simulation as the source of the chicken wing brachial artery for microsurgical vascular anastomosis training. In the Cikla et al. 2020 Grapefruit dACA Bypass Simulator, two chicken wings per session supply dissected brachial arteries as vessel substitutes.
