About the challenge

[edit | edit source]

Conflicts and problems are often unresolved due to a confusion of levels of experience. The presenting issue or Consensus Reality is only the visible component. The atmosphere, nonverbal communication signals and rank dynamics that organise these must be addressed if a felt sense of longterm change is sought after. “Thus the processoriented approach is interesting because you must reverse your normal mode of consciousness, or, to use a metaphor, you need to ride a horse backwards.” Arnold Mindell

Description

[edit | edit source]

The framework and tools of Process Work facilitates deeper understanding in a wide range of human experience. It does this by tracking communication signals, somatic experiences and synchronicities until their meaning is revealed. It provides tools that allow us to unfold the embedded meaning in unintentional communication signals, facilitating indepth social change processes, informed by enhanced awareness.

Process Work also addresses the social, psychological and contextual influence of the dynamics of rank, power and privilege which, inform levels of selfconfidence and empowerment, as well as the ability to connect with one’s own basic direction or passion for life; the ability to communicate clearly, relate effectively with others and take action in the world.
