NetRepair seeks to minimize the amount of waste created in our World, and to empower citizen to save and earn money on repairing.

The value proposition is divided in two: Local skilled craftsmen who gets a tool to earn money, and citizen who can easily find someone who can repair their broken items, so the don't have to buy new. NetRepair takes a commission fee for every transaction made via the platform IT Developer, UX-designer, Capital to promote. Networking in local communities and taking part in start-up workshops like SIRCle. We do not provide a product. NetRepair is a simple and intelligent platform that connects consumers with broken stuff, to skilled people who can earn money on fixing it.

The platform is a webpage and a mobile application that enables easy access and overview of local repairers. The Result: We have created a prototype and made a market assessment in Copenhagen, where we are currently testing the concept in collaboration with the municipality. Local repairers that want to be part of the platform. "Environmental: By decreasing the amount of goods consumers throw away, we will also decrease the demand of new goods, and thereby limit resource extraction and emissions related to production and transportation hereof.

Social: By enabling local craftsmen to earn money we can create livelihood for people who don't have a job. To measure both, we can use data from our platform to see how many transactions is made over a given period. Currently we are using Facebook and persons who have a great network and influence on their local community.
