About the challenge

[edit | edit source]

Breaking the ice between people is a core ingredient of learning and co-creating. This can often require a significant amount of time, and listening properly can also be a demanding task. It can be difficult for people from different backgrounds to stay attentive and find a genuine connection.

I think that food ties us to our community and our traditions, and it's the thing that makes us feel good and connected.
— Kathy Freston

Description

[edit | edit source]

Creating an interactive dinner can be a lot of fun and helps people or participants to get into a deeper and more unusual place with each other but in a scenario we are all comfortable with. Who doesn’t enjoy eating? We can learn a lot about each other on a personal level but also on a thematical issue, depending on the questions and tasks you give them. The game can be changed in many different ways use your creativity and adapt to your purpose, situation and size of group.

Here we describe a welcome dinner with three courses and a group of about 16 people.
