[edit | edit source]Many projects fail because people don't share their dreams. Many projects are not sustainable because of lack of buy-in.
Description
[edit | edit source]The Dream circle is a process used in Dragon Dreaming in which an individual dream can become a collective dream. It is important as it changes the energy and builds group commitment. It is only when the dream is allowed to grow from the dream of an individual into a collective dream that creativity can be maximized and collective wisdom can work its magic. The dream of the individual must die in order to be born anew as the dream of the whole group. During the dream circle, each team member is invited to share what could make the project be 100% their dream.
Once we have shared our dream and have built the collective vision, we are motivated to start realizing that dream.
