Description
[edit | edit source]One minute of silence a day is enough for us to start the greatest revolution of consciousness in history.
This year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, global humanitarian leader Sri Prem Baba led a festival called Just One Minute - silence for world peace. He brings a simple solution to the rush in our lives, and makes it accessible for everyone. Hundreds of people came for this festival, music was played, life was celebrated, spreading the word all round of the importance of stopping for 1 minute of silence every day.
It was an effective way of bringing spirituality, and the cultivation of silence into mainstream.
