The Coolant Tank Cap is a 3D printed replacement screw cap for a truck coolant tank, sized to fit a 44.5 mm inner diameter opening. It is a simple, non-pressurized screw cap (not a pressure-relief radiator cap with a spring valve), intended to seal a coolant reservoir or overflow tank opening where the original cap is lost or damaged.

Safety Note: This cap must only be used on a non-pressurized coolant reservoir or overflow tank opening. It should not be used to replace a pressure-relief radiator cap, since ABS plastic is not rated to safely contain a pressurized, high-temperature cooling system, and doing so could result in cap failure.
