About

Hi, I am a first year graduate student of Electrical Engineering at MTU. My current research focus is high efficiency InGaN nanowire photovoltaic cells.

Research Interests

  1. Third generation, higher and forthcoming solar cells
  2. Nanowire solar cells
  3. Organic/plastic solar cells
  4. Quantum dot solar cells

Present Research

My research is on the device physics and characterization of InGaN-based photovoltaic cells. I am also working on developing an open-source PV-powered portable 3D-printer.

Previous Research

Study of the absorption characteristics of P3HT:PCBM organic solar cells

Fall 2012 Courses

  • EE-5430 Electronic Materials
  • EE-5470 Semiconductor Fabrication
  • EE-4441 Engineering Electromagnetics
