About
Hi, I am a first year graduate student of Electrical Engineering at MTU. My current research focus is high efficiency InGaN nanowire photovoltaic cells.
Research Interests
- Third generation, higher and forthcoming solar cells
- Nanowire solar cells
- Organic/plastic solar cells
- Quantum dot solar cells
Present Research
My research is on the device physics and characterization of InGaN-based photovoltaic cells. I am also working on developing an open-source PV-powered portable 3D-printer.
Previous Research
