Explanation
This is the draft of a box to (perhaps) place on the main page, as a box with scroll bar for announcements.
When it goes live it will be protected, as a high risk page (transcluded in the main page)). However, you can edit this document section by clicking the section edit next to the "Explanation" heading, which will take you to a different page.
