I am a 24 years old & was born in Texas where I grew up in Houston until I was 21. After a long summer in Peru I moved up to Humboldt to begin my journey. I was drawn to the ERE program with hopes of doing permaculture and environmental restoration however my goals have been maneuvered towards more practical alternative industries. When entering the program I got drawn into the energy program and am very inspired to help create new forms of energy generation.

I realized early on I wanted to be a project manager where I use my own creative design, project managment & asset allocation skills to generate and implement profitable engineering ventures. To fund engineering endeavors I plan opening an investment firm focused on currency trading with slight exposure into stock markets involving companies in environmentally sustainable sectors or companies that are making a substantial efforts to go green. I plan on acquiring a Sustainable MBA with an emphasis in Green Development as well as a graduate degree in Financial Engineering to assist in harnessing my full currency trading capabilities. My goal is to be a Green Entrepreneur who starts then sells sustainable & profitable business models. Additionally I plan on owning my own sustainable businesses in the community development & food service industries.

A perpetual interest in mycology has taken on pro-level proportions which have infiltrated all aspects of my engineering interests. With mycelium being used for housing insulation, bioremediation, water filtration, companion agriculture, medicine & food its no surprise that the future of mycology lies in the heart of the new green movement.

Through profitable investments leading to the support of green companies and ultimately my own ideals, I hold vision for a world with urban and suburban communities that generate all their own food, medicine & electricity with dining venues & fast food being moved to an entirely local model. Additionally I believe it is our responsbility to help underfunded areas around the globe develop themselves in a way which encourages a sustainable lifestyle with diverse culture and local economy.
