I am a Enviromental Engineer, currently studding at Humboldt State Universiy, and I am really enjoying it. This page is meant to be a portfolio of my work that I have accomplished during my time studding at school, and the skills that I have as an Engineer.
During the Fall semester of 2008, I worked on a Universal Nut sheller called the Simple Simon. As seen in Figure 1 is a picture of the final product. I worked on this project on a team called the None Shucks. This team included: Brett Vivyan,Heidi Halverson, and Travis Brabant. The main goal of this project was to improve upon the exsisting Universal Nut sheller made by the Full Belly Project, so that it would be more suitable for a United States market.
Over the years I have learned several skills that have helped me in my Engineering career, which include:
- Wood working
- Metal working
- Working with electronics
- Sculpting skills
Listed below are some examples of some of the work that I have done thoughout this semester.click to view
- An example of a Memo I wrote for design

- The final group document for the Simple Simon.
- A Exel time sheet for my design class.
