Tissue Simulated Material Used Description / Source
Skin Foam padding 1cm thick foam, available at most hardware stores. Simulates soft outer layer.
Blood Vessel Latex tubing 3mm inner diameter tubing to simulate vessels. Easily compressed, durable.
Fascia Packing tape Transparent packing tape used as a resistive fascia-like layer.

Step 1: Prepare the Base Layer

Prepare a flat surface using cardboard or acrylic as the base. Cut it to a size that fits the desired practice area.

Step 2: Attach Foam

Use adhesive spray or double-sided tape to affix foam to the base. Trim any excess. This forms the "skin" layer.

Step 3: Add Vessels and Internal Structures

Place tubing or other components according to the procedure you're replicating. Secure with tape or embedded channels as needed.
