Hello everyone, my name is Dylan Kahle. I have lived in Humboldt County my entire life and am currently enrolled at Cal Poly Humboldt studying Environmental Resources Engineering. I enjoy playing basketball and surfing, and pretty much any other outdoor sport. I have wanted to be an Environmental Engineer since I was a sophomore in high school. Experience in Engineering[edit | edit source]

I am currently an engineering student at Cal Poly Humboldt, in the past, I have built many small projects, including a solar-powered water heater and shower, also I have installed water systems and rainwater collection tanks. In spring 2011 I took an Engineering 215 course at Cal Poly Humboldt. For our group project, our design team built a solar dehydrator which kids can build with adult supervision.
