I'm a transfer student from the Sacramento area who just got started at Cal Poly Humboldt. I'm looking to get my degree in mechanical engineering and to become a professional engineer. While I'm introverted, I can also be expressive at times. I'm looking to finish my education strong and to have fun while doing it.
Before I transferred, I originally went to FLC (Folsom Lake College) and its sister schools while living at home. During that time I was also working at a company called Clearwater Lights. They make aux lights for motorcycles, and while I originally started off doing odd jobs, I eventually became the main designer doing CAD work for them. Not only did I design brackets for the lights to mount on the motorcycles and then 3D print them to rapidly prototype, but I also worked on the website, did advertising, internal and external documentation, among other things. I learned many things from my three years there and am grateful they hired me.
