I find the many uses of hemp sustainably interesting. One very interesting sustainable use is making castile soap with hemp oil. This is especially interesting because many soaps here in Humboldt County are sourced from palm oil for which the palm trees are grown halfway across the face of the earth and many of these palm tree plantations are not sustainable for the forest ecosystems in which they grow.
