The fallopian tube is a paired tubular structure that connects the ovaries to the uterus and transports the ovum. In simulation, fallopian tube models support training in microsurgery, tubal ligation, patency evaluation, and ectopic pregnancy management.

| Mesosalpinx | Mesentery | Peritoneal fold of the broad ligament; the tube runs in its superior edge and one to three tubal arterial branches run in its middle third |
