Ureter — The ureters are paired muscular tubes approximately 25–30 cm long that transport urine from the renal pelvis to the urinary bladder by peristalsis. In simulation, the ureter is recreated to teach ureteral stenting, ureteroscopy, and identification during pelvic and abdominal surgery to prevent iatrogenic injury.
