Rayon fiber.

These manufactured fibers are derived from natural raw materials but are treated with chemicals to create textile materials that can be used. They are also known as "cellulosic fibers".

For your care it is recommended:

WASH:

It is advisable to place clothes inside out in the washing machine. Avoid wringing rayon (or viscose) clothing as this can warp it.

DRYING:

Rayon is prone to shrinkage, so it is recommended to put it horizontally to dry. Modal and lyocell are much stronger and can be tumble dried if necessary.

SAVED:

These types of fabrics tend to wrinkle so they can be folded into drawers or hung in the closet.

DISCARD:

Modal and lyocell fibers are especially strong and should last for years if properly cared for. They can be taken to a local textile recycling collection point for reuse.
