Nootropic

Nootropics are supplements that help you boost your brain performance. They are also called smart drugs or brain booster.

There are 2 types of nootropics, one is Non prescription and the other is prescription nootropics.

The Non prescription are mostly obtained from natural sources like plants and animals. Some of the example of non prescription nootropics are caffeine and creatine.

They can also be prescription drug that have stimulant effects on your body. These nootropics block the symptoms of medical conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), narcolepsy, or Alzheimer’s disease.

Example of prescription nootropics are Adderall, modafinil, methylphenidate among others.
