INAPPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY DISASTER ALERT IN PROGRESS 2/15/2023
A 155 car cargo train hauling chemical tanks and crude oil tanks derailed in the town of East Palestine, Ohio. It spilled thousands of gallons of chemicals that caught fire. A failed plan to release all the chemicals from the derailed cars, followed by the intentional controlled burn of the Vinyl Chloride Tank Cars produced a giant mushroom cloud of death, that has drifted over three neighboring states. Vinyl chloride Becomes Phosgene WHEN BURNED. Phosgene was used extensively during World War I as a choking (pulmonary) agent. Among the chemical WEAPONS used in the war, phosgene was responsible for the large majority of deaths. This raises the question of ... at what point criminal negligence is to be considered psychotic intent.
