yep it answers it. BUT for EVS Appropedia would have to actually register. Then they can get the EU money. But you need to be careful as a bad volunteer experience is of course possible and can be costly. If all goes well it does not cost you really. I agree with the not taking away, but for example in some countries you can claim unemployment benefit by email, so you are able to travel and work voluntarily on projects. So you have money to support yourself, but not expensive fees. helping those people do something useful with their time is good.
