| This is a bamboo blind used to hide an unsightly mass of exposed wiring. The bamboo has been sealed in a clear coat and anchored in concrete block. This method is highly effective, easily reproducible, inexpensive, and socially accepted. The concrete used has a relatively high carbon footprint but this could be reduced using other AT already in use in this country (Dominican Republic).
