To illustrate the uses of pedal power for this event, Engineering 305 students from HSU will design and build a bike power blender. This will be accomplished by modifying a bicycle so that the turning of the crank provides enough power to a blender to make smoothies, salad dressings and other blended foods. Kids attending the Bike Rodeo will be able to make their own smoothies by pedaling the Bike Blender.
