I am a mechanical engineering student at Michigan Technological University. I am rather new to the RepRap community and am ready to learn more!

I have experience in engineering consulting and manufacturing. In my manufacturing position I saw how useful having a rapid prototyping machine would be to explain ideas and test designs. While I am new to 3D printing, I have more experience in traditional machine shops and manufacturing processes. I have seen how using 3D printing you can produce objects that are not possible to manufacture using traditional methods.
