Introduction[edit | edit source]

Currently a sophomore electrical and computer engineering major at Michigan Technological university. He is currently working under Dr. Pearce to develop a software workflow to identify toxic compounds in mass spectroscopy analysis of biological material. He is also working under Dr. Chen to develop a process to track how malware and other programs interact with the file transfer layer when working with block storage devices.

Early life[edit | edit source]

Born in 2001, he is from Portage MI. He was previously the head of the scouting program for the First Robotics Competition team "Stryke Force". In 2019 he began attending Michigan Technological University for electrical and computer engineering. In the spring of 2020 he began his work with the university as a leap leader, a position where he taught one class a week and helped twice a week as a lab assistant. The same fall he worked remotely as a lab assistant for the intro programming course helping students develop java code and learn about basic concepts in computer science through active application.

Current Projects[edit | edit source]

Aerospace Enterprise[edit | edit source]

  • He worked on a driver with a team to connect the main On Board Computer with the payload computer to communicate mission specific data as well as send commands to start and end mission specific operations
  • He has also worked on a driver to communicate between the On Board Computer and the main Global Navigation Satellite System which assists in providing navigation and time data to the rest of the satellite
  • He currently is working on getting the on board computer to flash the written software and test the flash

Open Source Development[edit | edit source]

  • Currently is working with Dr. Joshua Pearce of MTU to develop a process to identify toxic compounds in food products and potential food products
  • Eventually they will be using this project to identify toxic compounds in protein supplements generated from plastics by a process of microbiological decomposition

Hobbies and Interests[edit | edit source]
