BIO[edit | edit source]

I am a graduate student at Michigan Technological University in the Mechanical Engineering Department. I have done my bachelor's degree from Institute of Information Technology and Management. Before my master's, I was working as a design engineer in Future Innovative Technology Pvt Ltd for eighteen months and nine months in TSS Solution Pvt Ltd. I am interested in design, modeling, 3D printing, and simulation, and for more information review my Linkedin profile. EXPERIENCE[edit | edit source]

  1. Design and modeling of solar power pump: In this project, I have designed the parts of the solar power pump by using CAD software and after that, I have performed analysis on that by using ANSYS software.
  2. Design and modeling of Solar panel mount for rooftop: In this, I have designed the structural frame for the solar panels to mount on the roof of the building. After designing the frame, I performed a structural analysis to test the reliability of the structure.
  3. Designed, analyzed, and implementation of a solar power plant: This was a challenging project for my team. In this project, I have designed the trusses for the arrays of solar panels, an examination of the design before finalizing, and supervising the team to build the frame structure for panels. Although it was an electrical project, for me and my team it was a design and analysis project which we performed with efficiency.
  4. Design and modeling of components of hydropower plants by using CAD software. Performed analysis, examined and debugged the results of the various parts of the water turbine, and assembled them. Monitored the design of components and simulated by using Ansys software. Furthermore, performed an analysis of scaled models of components in real-life condition to get the best results. Scrutinized 2D layouts of a hydropower plant on AUTOCAD.

ENGINEERING/ RESEARCH PROJECTS[edit | edit source]

  1. Project: Performed Sonic flow analysis of convergent-divergent nozzle under Dr. Chunpei Cai, in a graduate course. In this project, I have performed a CFD analysis of airflow over de Laval[2] nozzle by using Ansys Fluent.
  2. Project: Performed FEA of Cardiovascular Stent[3] under Dr. Susanta Ghosh, in a graduate course. In which, static structural analysis of Cardiovascular Stent is performed by using Ansys software.
  3. Project: Undergraduate major project on Modeling and Analysis of “INFANT ONE.” Modeling and simulation are performed are being done through the Solid work and Ansys software. The results were compared, and we have optimized up to 30% better than the conventional X-frame.
