Graduate Work

Novia Berriel received her MSc in Physics from University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2021. She obtained her PhD in Materials Science from UCF in 2024. She was a member of the Banerjee Lab in her time at UCF, supervised by Dr. Parag Banerjee. Her graduate research was in atomic layer deposition (ALD) process development and thin film characterization.

Undergraduate Work

Novia Berriel received her BSc in Applied physics and BSc in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2018. She worked as a research intern in the physics department, partially funded by the Honors College. She was a part of J.M. Pearce's EE5490 class in Spring 2017.
