Hi! I am Niels, born and raised in the swiss alps, where I also did my apprenticeship as painter and plasterer. Times passing fast and for almost twenty years now, I've been dedicated to working with natural materials like lime and clay, still eager to learn and try new techniques.

From 2015 to 2018, I travelled and worked around the world, mainly working on eco-projects. My focus is on sustainable and local building practices. 2025 I worked for one year in south america on projects.

I'm passionate about community and social engagement. I love meeting fellow workers, sharing knowledge and learning from each other.

My goal here is to help preserve and promote these methods in the hope, they are passed down.

Since 2018 I am living in Bern.
