Current Mechanical Engineering student at Michigan Technological University. I enjoy the process of learning how things are made, specifically automotive parts. Hobbies include hiking, fishing, hunting and playing sports.
Nick Balavich is a student at Michigan Technological University, where he is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Manufacturing.
Nick has been an intern at 3 different automotive companies over the past 3 summers, these companies include FCA, Autoliv and Ford Motor Company. During this time at these respected places Nick has been involved in plant floor operations, Research and Innovation projects that includes manufacturing of electric batteries and illuminated emblem on driver side airbags. Nick has demonstrated being a valuable member of the team by a diligent work ethic and ability to lead by example. Nick is eager to apply what he has learned at Michigan Tech to the workforce in January 2020.
