I am a senior Electrical Engineering student at Michigan Technological University. My name is Shane Clifford but for some reason srcliffo username was already taken so I went with an old Xbox Live ID. I have worked internships/co-ops for IBM, GE Aviation, Kimberly Clark (x2), and Dematic. I have currently accepted a job offer with SCA in Appleton, WI starting in January after I graduate. During my time with production manufacturing companies, I came to see how useful 3D printing could be in terms of making temporary replacement parts could be for a machine while a new one gets made at the vendor's site so that product could continue to be made and that was a large part of my interest and decision to take this class.
