Hi, my name is Jeswin Geevarughese and I am a graduate student at Michigan Technological University (MTU). I have particular interest in Solid State Devices and its upcoming technologies. As Silicon and its compounds are being used as major elements in the solar field, I have been inclined to make a major contribution in the area of renewable energy. Currently working on conducting a study on amorphous silicon and other semiconductor materials used in solar industry to get the most economical and highly efficient solar cell in thin film technology.

Semiconductor Fabrication Project (EE 5470)[edit | edit source]
The purpose of the project was to create a new EEPROM/Flash device using 1.5 micron CMOS process flow as reference. I was able to design and finish simulation modelling on Silvaco toolset software base on the literature review, journal and paper readings done. The design included the use of high k dielectric material Aluminium Dioxide to increase the charge trapping characteristics of the device.
