My name is Fatemeh Shojaei. I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering – Control from Shiraz University of Technology and Shiraz University respectively. I was a 3rd-ranked student in the bachelor's program with a GPA of 17.53 out of 20 and a 1st-ranked student in the master's program with a GPA of 17.99 out of 20.
My master's thesis was about Dynamic Surface Control of uncertain nonlinear systems with unknown control gain signs. Two papers are published on my thesis, the first is in the Journal of IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics in Systems in 2018, cited by 49, and another is published in the Journal of Tabriz University in 2018.
During my master's program, I had the chance to join the Islamic Azad University as a part-time lecturer from Sep-2015 to Feb-2019. Meanwhile, I started my career at the Shariati Agriculture Industrial Complex as a Control Engineer from 2018 to 2022.
Apart from that, due to my strong interest in research and expanding my knowledge, I joined Dr. Jafar Zarei's research group at Shiraz University of Technology in 2020. During this period, I was primarily responsible for carrying out the numerical simulations, and in 2021 we submitted a paper in the field of estimation in nonlinear systems, that the first revision was sent in July 2022 . Additionally, I have participated in various online courses such as Optimal State Estimation Theory for Linear and Nonlinear Systems (Kalman Filters), and Time Series Theory.
