As a current student at Queen’s University pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree, I am eager to utilize my skills and passion for social change in a professional setting.

In addition to my academic achievements, I am actively involved in extracurriculars that reflect my commitment to service and volunteering. As a member of the Queen’s Commerce Service Initiative (QCSI), I have served as the Local Outreach Coordinator and KEYS Tutoring Volunteer for the 2022-23 year. In this role, I have developed and implemented local outreach initiatives and provided academic support to underprivileged students in the Kingston community.

Furthermore, I am a Youth Co-Chair for Turn the Tide, a not-for-profit charity based in St. Thomas, Ontario. As part of this role, I have co-organized multiple events, including markets, dances, spaghetti dinners, and bake sales to help raise over $60,000 locally for child-led families in Malawi. I have also completed several media interviews and public presentations to raise awareness for this cause. As part of Turn the Tide, I travelled to Sorgen, Malawi in July 2019 to lead a five-day youth soccer clinic and a two-day multi-sports session with the local orphanage we support.

I am a creative, dependable, hard-working commerce student working towards a career in a socially sustainable business environment.
