As a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Microbiology at Cal Poly Humboldt, I bring a unique blend of analytical problem-solving and scientific inquiry to my projects. My passion lies at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and any large-scale operations, where creativity meets precision engineering.
Driven by a desire for hands-on innovation, I have developed several projects that showcase my technical skills and dedication to craftsmanship. One standout project was designing and building a wire-bending machine to create custom earring hooks for jewelry production. Through extensive research, mechanical design, and programming, I developed a machine capable of executing intricate wire bends from user-generated designs. The project challenged me to troubleshoot both mechanical and software issues, greatly expanding my engineering knowledge and coding capabilities.

Another notable endeavor involved using a CNC machine to drill precise pavé settings on flat metal surfaces. This work demonstrated my ability to work with complex machining processes and highlighted my attention to detail and interest in precision manufacturing.
I am excited to continue pushing the boundaries of engineering and manufacturing technologies, combining my expertise in mechanics and microbiology to contribute to innovative solutions for the future. In ENGR 205 I am interesting in using my creativity, precision, and adaptability, to tackle new challenges.
