Research Interest: Renewable Energy, Solar PV technology, Power system

Academic Background: I have completed Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Islamic University of Technology ( A renowned University in Bangladesh) . During my under graduation, I have developed strong interest towards renewable technology. I have strong interest in energy, electric machine and power system. Furthermore, I have research experience in designing ,simulating and analyzing Solar PV technology in the context of Bangladesh.

Research Experience:

1. A software-based approach in designing rooftop bifacial PV system for North Hall of Residence, IUT[edit | edit source]

In this research a software based approach in designing and simulating different mounting orientation of bifacial module on rooftop of residential hall in Islamic University of Technology has been analyzed. This is accepted (now in press) in Clean Energy, Oxford University Press, 05/2021.

In-addition, a preliminary analysis on monofacial panel on residential hall has been presented on International conference on International Conference on Electrical Energy and Power Engineering and got published under IOP:Publishing.

2. Design, Simulation and Integrated Operation of 50 MW Floating Solar PV System with Kaptai Hydroelectric Power Plant, Bangladesh[edit | edit source]

In this research I have primarily focused on designing and analyzing 50 MW floating Solar system on reservoir in Bangladesh with the hope to integrate the two system and optimize the operation of the two system by linear optimization method. This is currently under peer review in Energy Sources, Part A: Recovery, Utilization, and Environmental Effects, Taylor and Francis.

3. Feasibility Analysis of Bifacial Solar PV System in Marine Drive Road, Cox’s Bazar[edit | edit source]

This research has been done for my thesis work. Here a feasibility analysis has been presented on vertically mounted bifacial modules on marine drive road Cox's Bazar utilizing the long road and producing carbon free energy simultaneously. Furthermore, the system will benefit the local inhabitants by providing barrier to the noise. This is currently under review for IEEE International Conference on Science & Contemporary Technologies(ICSCT).

Professional Experience: I have completed a industrial trainee program at Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, where we got exposed to different solar cell material, solar cell manufacturing process.
